801 Dundas Street, Woodstock project

Originally being built as a speculative development with three tenant occupancy, this is a very versatile project in a modest footprint. The new build consists of a structural steel frame and multiple facade materials including storefront glazing, masonry and exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS), which provided exterior walls with insulated finished surface and water-proofing.
